Name: location:		I think it is very unfair to say that the Tidy Towns Committee should not have entered,after paying for a ticket like many other people,clubs and syndicates they had just a right to win.I think it is wonderfull news that the money will be going back into the town.Everyone entered had an equal opportunity to win.Congratulations to Durrow Tidy Towns!!!

But I think they actually found it difficult to sell the tickets. €200 for a ticket is a little steep, so they probably had to resource to committees and groups to sell the tickets. After all, the money raised from this draw will go to develop a children’s playground. So the more tickets that were sold the more money will be raised for this playground! Hopefully!!

Name: location:		I am also researching the Guilfoyle family, started with my Great, Great Grandmother Johanna Guilfoyle, her father was John who an Accountant of his time. Johanna was born in Ireland 1826, later married John Williams who was serving with Royal Artillery at the time in Clonmel, Tipperary 18th May 1846. John Williams came from Tavistock in Devon. They went to live i Nova Scotia where he was stationed had two children. All together they had about 7 children. One of them was my Great Grandfather born in Nova Scotia Canada. They then came back to England and settled in Tavistock. The Existing Williams family are living in South Africa. I would to know if there any there anyone has also got connection with Johanna and her Father John. They were suppose have an Estate in Galwa, Lecarrow.
