THE HARPS GAA JUVENILE CLUB NEWS: A roundup of the various team groups…

U8: Training continues as usual each Monday at 6.30pm.

U10: The team played against Mountmellick in O’Moore Park recently and won the game. At a recent hurling blitz in Ballyragget the team won two games out of three played.

U14: This team is going very well in the League having beaten Portlaoise 4-10 to 0-03 recently. There are two games remaining with good prospects of reaching the final. Well done to Greg Aylward, Richard Saunders and Paul Simms from the Harps Gaels who were chosen to attend the DJ Carey School of hurling from Monday to Thursday of next week.

U16: On Saturday 10th July the hurlers will play St Fintans of Raheen in Durrow GAA Grounds at 6pm. The Harps Gaels Football team were unlucky not to win their last match on Monday last when they drew with The Rock. A semi final league position is still within their sights though.
